Flexible, individualized support delivered in the family home — helping both the individual and their family build skills and stability together.

What is Coordinated Family Support?

Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a flexible, individualized service delivered in the family home, designed to support both the individual with developmental disabilities and their family. CFS can include the kinds of supports offered through SLS and ILS, tailored to the unique needs of each family.
This service is especially valuable for families who want in-home support without their loved one moving out, helping build skills and stability while keeping the family unit at the center.
Liberty Life Skills is currently pursuing CFS vendorization. Read the official DDS description →

What CFS can include

In-home skill building — daily living support delivered right in the family home.

Family-centered planning — support built around the whole family's needs, not just the individual.

Respite & stability — helping families sustain caregiving without burnout.

Flexible scope — support that adapts as the family's needs change over time.

Common questions

CFS, explained simply

SLS and ILS support someone living in their own home. CFS is delivered in the family home, supporting both the individual and their family together, rather than someone moving out.

We’re currently pursuing CFS vendorization. Contact us to learn more about availability and expected timelines in your area.
