Our story

Founded on a personal understanding of care

Liberty Life Skills LLC was founded by Malika Singh with a vision to help adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities live independently with dignity, choice, and purpose.

What began as a Santa Clara County agency has grown to serve the East Bay as well — today we’re vendorized with San Andreas Regional Center and Regional Center of the East Bay, with Independent Living Services and Coordinated Family Support vendorization underway.

Malika Singh

Founder & Director, Liberty Life Skills

Malika Singh is the Founder and Director of Liberty Life Skills, a premier Supported Living Services (SLS) agency dedicated to empowering adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Santa Clara County, California. Though U.S.-born, Malika was raised and schooled in India after her family moved back to care for ailing grandparents. This profound personal experience, steeped in the cultural duty of caregiving, instilled in her a deep, personal sense of compassion and empathy right from childhood.
