Supported Living Services (SLS)

Supported Living Services (SLS) are individualized supports that help adults with developmental disabilities live safely and successfully in their own homes — not in group homes or institutions.

At Liberty Life Skills, we design each SLS plan to reflect the person’s lifestyle, strengths, and preferences. Whether the goal is to move into an apartment, build daily living skills, or simply maintain stability, we’re here to help make it possible.
